4. Email Access and Data

When you connect your email account to YearlyRich, you grant us permission to access transaction notification emails from supported Nigerian banks. We use this access solely to import and categorize your financial transactions. We do not access, read, or store any other emails or personal correspondence.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by YearlyRich and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEARLYRICH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
